Since its foundation on the Polish snowmaking system market Supersnow has placed an emphasis on professional and comprehensive service and maintenance. As such, our customers not only acquire the highest quality equipment based on innovative technology, but have access to a wide range of post-sales service works. Most of the components used in the production of the snow guns are manufactured at our local plant in Poland, in other cases we purchase parts only from reputable manufacturers (local and foreign). In this way we guarantee and maintain the satisfaction of our customers.

Our production policy ensures that each customer can utilize, operate the equipment, without trouble. During the season, customers can count on reliable technical support and professional advice. Service staff is highly qualified and no customer should have problems with the removal of defects or replacement of parts. Post-season we conduct maintenance works, during which we check the electrical installations, water and nucleation nozzles, filters and replace the oil in the compressor. We also carry out many other minor maintenance works.

Ski resort business owners and managers are aware that even a temporary interval in using equipment, which is responsible for snowmaking can bring considerable losses. This should not be a cause for concern to our customers. Our knowledge, experience and constant readiness to act allows us to determine and eliminate the cause of any fault or defect – we are a call away and our service staff can reach you any time or place. Especially useful in service works are our equipped service vans. Thus, service staff are able to reach your location and deal with the problem. If however, during operation the malfunction can only be fixed at the service point Supersnow customers can count on a "Replacement" or temporary replacement of the faulty element until the problem is fixed. In addition we provide transportation (prices according to flat rate), although we can also utilise transport organised by the customer. Purchase of our products also means that employees who will utilise the products are professionally trained in the proper operation and use of equipment.
