H800 – 50% increased snowmaking efficiency

The H800 extension arm has been made out of a lightweight galvanised structure with a length of 9 metres which lifts the snow gun to 6.5 metres (measured from the ground to the snow gun’s tube). The H800 structure makes it possible to increase the efficiency of snowmaking in temperatures close to zero by as much as up to 50%!

Thoughtful design

The advanced design allows the platform height to be adjusted and the jib arm to be rotated. The jib is constructed from an 8.2m long truss arm. With the ability to rotate, a machine placed on a platform can change its position by as much as 18 metres. The platform lift height ranges from 0.6m to 5.3m from jib base to platform level. This gives the cannon the ability to achieve more than double the range of the variant when the machine is positioned on the ground. This type of jib is mainly designed for large areas and ski trails. Thanks to the rotation of the arm and the height of the lift, a machine positioned on a platform can realistically handle a ski trail up to 150m wide.

Faultless device

The H800 is a state-of-the-art device that allows the gun to extend its reach and save space on the slope. The arm is lifted by a hydraulic mechanism to ensure trouble-free operation. No electrical power is needed to lower it, just release the lever.
